Tachyon’19

Tachyon’19, the annual technical festival of Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology, Guna(Madhya Pradesh).

Tachyon’19 was the fifth iteration of one of central India’s most popular annual technical Festival and It was organised from the 20th of April to the 21st of April 2019.

Tachyon is organized by the Mozilla Phoenix Club, CSI JUET Chapter and the CSE Department of JUET. A teaser video of Tachyon’19:

The memories of this Tachyon holds a special place in my heart as this was the last time I organised the Tachyon as lead organiser and also my first event as Mozilla Rep.

This year we had over 1000+ footfall of student developers joined us at the event.

We were glad to have had Mentors and Judges for hackathon and Speakers from communities like Mozilla, Unity Technologies, GitHub and Facebook Developer Circles.

We had a line-up of 30+ technical events in Tachyon’19. Some of the major highlights of the Tachyon’19 were Talk on WebVR by Mr Mrinal Jain, Facebook Developer Circles Talk by Mr Mrinal Jain, Game Development Talk by Mr Madhur Gupta, and JUET Hacks 2.0, the second version of our 24hr hackathon which was organised as a part of Tachyon’19.
